The BG Smart range consists of two styles of power socket (922/HC and 822/HC, white moulded double sockets, square edge and slimline profiles, and a plug-in power adaptor (AHC/U). These allow users to control their connected home devices from anywhere with voice commands or via the BG Smart Home app.

As well as providing the ability to control products on iOS and Android smart devices, the BG Smart Home app can integrate fully with existing smart home set-ups such as Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Users can control the power using the button, the BG Smart Home app or voice commands.

Both the sockets and plug-in adaptor can be connected to the home router using a Wi-Fi connection, via the 2.4GHz frequency. The BG Smart app can be used to set time schedules, and countdown delay functions, meaning users can turn off their home appliances remotely. The BG Smart products are manufactured and certified to the latest British Standards and are fully supported by a three-year product guarantee.
