Consort Claudgen has launched the CA Screenzone extra-wide air curtains with energy-efficient brushless motors and an optional touchscreen Air Curtain Master Controller (ACMC).
The air curtains are now available in a two-metre width and additional 15kW and 18kW ratings, supplementing the existing 9kW to 16kW range. With energy-efficient brushless motors, these air curtains ensure significant energy savings and extended product life due to less wear and tear.
For even more energy savings, users can utilise the optional ACMC. It has intelligent features that dynamically adjust the air curtain’s output to create the most effective air barrier between indoor and outdoor climates. Remote switches, such as door switches and occupancy sensors, can be connected to provide additional functionality. For example, a door switch can enable/disable the heating as the door opens/ closes.
The ACMC has four different modes to suit commercial or retail applications. It offers eight heat settings, eight fan speeds and can control up to seven air curtains with the same settings. It has a seven-day timer and displays the energy usage of all linked air curtains.
These innovative features ensure a comfortable, consistent indoor climate while minimising heat loss and cost.
