ERL has introduced the new Micro Astro from Orbis — a compact astronomical time switch designed for smart, space saving automation. This addition builds on ERL’s existing line-up of analogue, digital and astronomical time switches, giving electricians and installers more choice across residential, commercial and municipal applications.
At just 18 mm wide, the Micro Astro fits into the tightest distribution boards while offering full astronomical control based on location, with automatic dusk/dawn switching, a backlit display and front-access replaceable battery.
It joins the popular Astro Nova City, a dual channel, 40-program DIN rail timer ideal or street lighting and large-scale installs, and the Astro Nova City Bluetooth, which adds smartphone configuration for faster setup and remote access.
