Heat Mat’s 150W Combymat System is now available as part of their professional electric underfloor heating range.
The Combymat is earth shielded and constructed with 1mm heating cables, sandwiched between two aluminium layers, these layers are designed to dissipate heat out from the cables for an even floor temperature. This new system is available in sizes 1m2-15m2 and each mat is 0.5m wide.
The Combymat is designed to provide sole source heating beneath floating laminate. The system is quick to install without the need for any levelling compound or wet trade. The mats are simply secured into place using an aluminium tape and must be fitted onto 6mm Combymat foam underlay.
If the system is combined with new fitting accessory Overlay Boards, floor finishes such as carpet and vinyl can be installed on top. Overlay boards are made from MDF and also assist with spreading out the heat, whilst providing a firm base to fit the final floor covering onto.
