B.E.G. a leading provider of intelligent lighting solutions, has announced the appointment of Daniel Glynn as the new sales director for the UK and Ireland.
Glynn, who brings over 15 years of experience in the lighting industry, steps up from his role as regional director at the German manufacturer and takes over from Paul Jones.
Before joining B.E.G. in 2022, Glynn held senior roles in both regional and national sales management, at iLIGHT and Cooper Lighting Solutions. Prior to this, he was the sales director at Hytronik UK and spent over 12 years as sales manager at CP Electronics.
In his new role, Glynn says he will be focused on driving business growth, expanding the companyโs reach, and continuing to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
With a deep understanding of the UK and Irish markets, Glynn plans to further strengthen B.E.G.โs presence and continue developing cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.
Glynn said: โIโve been with B.E.G. for more than three years already and am excited to now lead the sales team through the next chapter of growth and innovation. Our aim is to provide forward-thinking solutions that make a positive impact on businesses, communities, and the environment.
โB.E.G. has an outstanding reputation for quality, reliability, and service, and Iโm committed to ensuring we continue to lead the way in intelligent lighting technology. We will focus on understanding our clientsโ needs, offering tailored solutions, and supporting them at every step of their journey with us.
โThe UK and Irish markets are incredibly dynamic, and we see significant opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors. Our strategy will involve strengthening key partnerships, expanding our portfolio of smart lighting products, and introducing innovative solutions that are designed to improve energy efficiency, sustainability, and user experience.โ
His predecessor Paul Jones said: โIโm thrilled that Daniel Glynn will be stepping into my role as director for the UK and Ireland. I have no doubt that Dan will continue to lead the team to even greater success, and I wish him all the very best in this new chapter.โ
