Unicrimp, part of the Scolmore Group of companies, has added a range of Anti-tamper Squarelock Woodscrews to its growing Q-Crimp fixings collection.
Ideal for hardwood, softwood, chipboard and fibreboards, the new Anti-tamper Squarelock Woodscrews feature a square recess which allows for greater rotation and a more positive fastening than conventional cross and slotted screws. They feature a countersunk head, and the shank of the screw grips the wood and reduces the chance of splitting.
The fully hardened Bright zinc plated steel screws are available in a variety of sizes to cover all requirements – from 8 x ¾” to 10 x 3”. A Squarelock Woodscrew screwdriver bit is also available – to assist with high torque screwdriving without the risk of breaking the tip or damaging the screw.
