YESSS Electrical makes its mark in Bradford
The Bradford branch of YESSS Electrical has linked up with one of the city’s longest established electrical engineering contractors to provide equipment and services on the key £260 million Westfield development.
YESSS Bradford has established a strong working relationship with neighbouring business Pitts Wilson Electrical, which recently secured a significant contract to provide the full design and installation of electrical and mechanical services in the ‘landlord’ areas of the major Westfield shopping and leisure development in Bradford city centre.
YESSS Electrical launched in 2012 and is one of the UK’s fastest growing companies, having opened 84 branches in just 12 months, creating 800 jobs and achieving turnover of more than £100million. The Bradford branch has gone from strength to strength, securing a significant number of regular trade client accounts and attracting new customers to the branch counter.
YESSS Branch Manager Craig Whiteley said: “Since we opened in Bradford the reaction has been fantastic and we are really, really busy. It was important to us to become part of the local community and also to build relationships with long established Bradford businesses, so we are delighted that we have been able to work so closely with Pitts Wilson in supplying lighting, containment and general cabling to them for the key Westfield development as we know how vital it is to the future of the city.”
The Bradford branch of YESSS has also established links with Bradford College to support its electrical and engineering courses and has sponsored a number of regional sporting events.
The branch also offers regular ‘meet the supplier’ events when manufacturers offer help and advice to customers and electrical contractors.
