<\/i><\/b>A long-standing employee at electric heating market leader Dimplex has been recognised for her charity fundraising efforts, after raising an incredible \u00a375,000 over 10 years for a local children\u2019s hospice.<\/p>\n
Dawn Smith, who works for the credit control team, was named as an Outstanding Charity Champion at the Naomi House 2015 Corporate Charity Awards event.<\/p>\n
Naomi House is a children\u2019s hospice located in Hampshire that provides care for life-limited and life-threatened children, young people and their families. Over the last decade, Dawn has dedicated her time and effort to raising as much money as possible through a series of fundraising initiatives within the business.<\/p>\n
She was recognised at the event, which was attended by over 300 corporate businesses ranging from small firms to large household names including B&Q, Vodafone Bayer, Persimmon homes, AXA and many more.<\/p>\n
