Over the last decade, Dawn has dedicated her time and effort to raising as much money as possible through a series of fundraising initiatives within the business.<\/p>\n<p>She was recognised at the event, which was attended by over 300 corporate businesses ranging from small firms to large household names including B&amp;Q, Vodafone Bayer, Persimmon homes, AXA and many more.<\/p>\n<p>Stuart MacKenzie, chairman of the GDC Group which includes the Dimplex, Creda, Valor, Robinson Willey and Faber brands, said: \u201cDawn\u2019s efforts have been nothing short of inspirational and we were delighted that she has been recognised in this way.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A long-standing employee at electric heating market leader Dimplex has been recognised for her charity fundraising efforts, after raising an incredible \u00a375,000 over 10 years for a local children\u2019s hospice.
