Offering the best in urban design, the 441 apartments list energy efficiency as a keynote feature and energy efficient lighting expert Megaman has helped the project to achieve targets.<\/p>\n<p>Specified and installed by R B Emersons Ltd, some 5,000 lamps have been utilised for the development, in a mixture of 4W non-dimmable and 6W dimmable LED GU10 versions.<\/p>\n<p>The 4W lamps measure 57mm x 50mm and the 6W are 58mm x 50 \u2013 both options have a beam angle of 35 and provide a warm white light with a cool running temperature and significantly reduced running costs.
