Making the technology available through an established distributor like Midsummer means installers can now access a proven solution that can help them deliver better-performing heat pump systems for their customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Passiv Smart Thermostat&#8217;s ecoHeat function has been verified by the Energy Saving Trust to improve heat pump efficiency by 17% and can reduce household heating bills by up to 30%. Additional savings can be achieved through tariff optimisation, solar integration and participation in demand-side response programmes through Passiv&#8217;s flexibility service, Greener Grid Payments.<\/p>\n<p>Homeowners remain in control through simple in-home controls or the Passiv app, while installers can access detailed system information through the Passiv Portal.
