Tridonic UK, a global leader in lighting technology and smart building solutions, today announced strategic leadership changes designed to enhance its digital service footprint and expand its reach into the data-driven solutions market.<\/p>\n

Effective 1 May 2026, James Huntington (pictured above) is promoted to Projects, Solutions and Services Sales Manager, whilst Simon Blazey (pictured below) transitions into the role of Major Projects & Digital Services Manager.<\/p>\n

These strategic appointments represent a natural evolution for the UK team following the successful deployment of Building Asset360 into the market.<\/p>\n

By aligning these leadership roles with the company\u2019s digital services roadmap, Tridonic UK aims to deepen its penetration into the data-driven solutions market, providing end-users with unparalleled asset management and energy-efficient insights.<\/p>\n

Building Asset360 was developed in response to the growing challenges faced by asset, estate and facility managers responsible for long-term building performance. Since most costs occur during the operational phase, lighting must be managed like any other critical building system.<\/p>\n

The Tridonic Building Asset360 approach focuses on treating luminaires as intelligent assets that provide data on health, performance and energy usage. By integrating this data with BMS and third-party systems, users gain incomparable asset management and energy-efficient insights across the full lifecycle of their lighting infrastructure, supporting more transparent and informed decision-making.<\/p>\n

As the newly appointed PS&S Sales Manager, James Huntington will pick up the baton from Simon and oversee the strategic direction of the Projects, Solutions, and Services division for Tridonic UK.<\/p>\n

In his new capacity as Major Projects & Digital Services Manager, Simon Blazey will leverage his extensive expertise to lead complex, large-scale projects and establish a robust digital services presence within Tridonic\u2019s growing end-user portfolio.<\/p>\n
