A toxic environment can lead to mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and burnout. In contrast, a supportive workplace boosts productivity, creativity, and retention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Normal\"><span class=\"Normal__Char\">The WHO estimates that depression and anxiety cost the global economy over $1 trillion annually in lost productivity.
