In return, trekkers will experience breath-taking scenery, rich culture and the warm hospitality of one of Asia\u2019s most fascinating destinations.<br \/>\nUnited by a shared commitment to the charity, the team is ready to step far outside their comfort zones for a cause close to their hearts. Meet the first members of Team Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amanda Smith<\/strong><br \/>\nSales Manager at Premier Cables, Amanda is preparing to take on the challenge of a lifetime. We can\u2019t wait to support her as she swaps the office for the trails of Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dolapo Olunlade<\/strong><br \/>\nA Software Engineer at RWE and an active member of the EIC\u2019s Emerging Professionals Board, Dolapo is passionate about spreading awareness of the charity across the industry while tackling this incredible challenge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dom Lorenzo<\/strong><br \/>\nPCM Manager at Tobbell Electrical by day, Dom will soon be adding \u201cVietnam explorer\u201d to his list of achievements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gordon McArthur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A long-standing supporter of the EIC, Gordon is once again going the extra mile \u2014 quite literally \u2014 by joining the Vietnam trek and raising funds for the charity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matthew Hoar<\/strong><br \/>\nBranch Manager at CEF Newquay, Matt is motivated and ready to test his endurance on what promises to be the trek of a lifetime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matt Houston<\/strong><br \/>\nA dedicated member of the EIC\u2019s Yorkshire Committee, Matt from Electric Center is preparing to push his limits on his next big adventure, fueled by determination and passion for the charity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matthew Wych<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom AH Building &amp; Electrical, Matthew is no stranger to a challenge. Having previously raised funds climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, he\u2019s now setting his sights on Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Ringer<\/strong><br \/>\nA former contractor turned electrical educator and part-time NICEIC Associate<br \/>\nAssessor, Michael is looking forward to completing the Pu Luong Trek \u2014 a challenge<br \/>\nunlike anything he\u2019s done before.<\/p>\n<p>The Electrical Industries Charity is still welcoming additional volunteers to join the<br \/>\nVietnam 2026 trek.
