{"id":23932,"date":"2026-01-05T11:08:39","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T11:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ewnews.co.uk\/?p=23932"},"modified":"2026-01-05T11:08:39","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T11:08:39","slug":"eic-launches-2026-health-calendar-and-wellbeing-talks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ewnews.co.uk\/index.php\/eic-launches-2026-health-calendar-and-wellbeing-talks\/","title":{"rendered":"EIC launches 2026 Health Calendar and Wellbeing Talks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Electrical Industries Charity (EIC) has officially launched its 2026 Health Calendar and Wellbeing Talk series.<\/p>\n<p>A year-long programme of resources, hints &amp; tips and monthly virtual sessions designed to support the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of people across the electrical and energy industries.<\/p>\n<p>Delivered by EIC\u2019s experienced welfare team alongside trusted partners, the series aims to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma and provide practical tools for everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>Each one-hour Wellbeing Talk will take place on the first Wednesday of every month from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and will be delivered virtually, allowing attendees to join from anywhere.
