ECA (the Electrical Contractors\u2019 Association) welcomes Ellie Taylor as the host of this year\u2019s ECA Industry Awards Dinner. Ellie is a comedian, actress, model, and presenter.<\/p>\n
She first came into the public eye when she entered ITV\u2019s comic talent contest, Show Me The Funny. With no prior experience of stand-up, Ellie is now a regular on panel and stand-up comedy shows. These include appearances on 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Live at the Apollo, and Mock the Week.<\/p>\n
Ellie is the current host of Bake Off: The Professionals and has previously presented Live at the Apollo, The Great British Pottery Throwdown and Netflix\u2019s Cheat. In 2022 she was a contestant in Strictly Come Dancing and she can also be seen on the smash hit, multi award-winning Apple TV show, Ted Lasso.<\/p>\n
The ECA Industry Awards Dinner this year will be held on Friday 10 October at the Hilton Bankside in London, and tickets are available now.<\/p>\n

Ellie will be supported by compere Alan Dedicoat \u2013 the voice of The National Lottery and Strictly Come Dancing \u2013 at the awards dinner.<\/p>\n
