Apprenticeships, which give people ways to change career paths as well as supporting those at the start of their careers, are a key part of achieving this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This month, it was great to hear from leading apprenticeship provider JTL, who shared some insight from two of its former apprentices.
