Domus Ventilation, manufacturer of market-leading ventilation systems that save energy and improve indoor air quality, has announced the arrival of three new contractor sales managers \u2013 Stuart Bailey for East England, Joe Ash covering London South, and Mark Swain covering London North.<\/p>\n
The three new contractor sales managers bring a wealth of knowledge in the HVAC sector to their new roles at Domus Ventilation, along with considerable experience in supporting contractors.<\/p>\n
Stuart Bailey has an incredible 30 years in and around the HVAC industry, mainly within the contract and specification sector. He has enjoyed managerial level positions at Wolseley, Buildbase and Stelrad, plus sales roles at Honeywell and Rexel, all of which he intends to put to good use at Domus Ventilation: \u201cI bring sales experience and good relationships with contractors within my specific area, having coverage of the area personally for over 20 years. I have a good technical background and experience in seeing projects through from concept to completion.\u201d<\/p>\n
Contractor sales manager for London South Joe Ash had a very different start to his career \u2013 as a touring musician \u2013 before moving into ventilation. Initially working in marketing for a ventilation subcontractor, Joe went on to create and run The Air Shop, an online retailer of mechanical ventilation products, which quickly evolved into the design and supply of MVHR systems for new-build and retrofit properties. \u201cI worked in the complete end-to-end process and so have good experience at each stage, which has given me a great insight into the level of education that is still needed for both end-users and contractors to ensure that they are getting the most out of their systems. I\u2019m sure this will aid me in making sure that we are supplying ventilation systems that are going to result in the best solutions for everyone.\u201d Joe approaches his new role at Domus Ventilation with enthusiasm: \u201cI\u2019m looking forward to representing Domus\u2019 great product lines to our existing customers and distributors \u2013 as well as garnering new relationships who will utilise all of the brands\u2019 excellent services and products going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
On the opposite side of London, you\u2019ll find Mark Swain, London North Contractor Sales Manager. Joining Domus Ventilation from Vent-Axia where he was the New Residential Area Manager in London, Mark has in-depth experience of working with developers, contractors and consultants, including guiding them through changes to Building Regulations. Prior to this, Mark has also worked for boiler company Viessmann and a hygiene company, cleaning commercial AHU ducting, maintaining fire dampers and cleaning kitchen extracts. \u201cI hope to bring my experience over to Domus Ventilation and be able to assist my customers with their needs.\u201d<\/p>\n
