Domus Ventilation, part of the Polypipe group,\u00a0is pleased to welcome\u00a0David Frimpong\u00a0as its\u00a0new National Specification Manager and Kevin O’Donnell\u00a0as the\u00a0Regional Sales Manager\u00a0\u2013\u00a0South.<\/p>\n
As National Specification Manager,\u00a0David\u2019s primary\u00a0role is to deliver existing and new\u00a0Domus Ventilation\u00a0solutions into the\u00a0residential\u00a0new build\u00a0market,\u00a0providing specification support and driving sales in the sector.\u00a0 David may be new to the role of\u00a0National Specification Manager\u00a0at Domus Ventilation, but he isn\u2019t wholly new to the company, having worked\u00a0as Contractor Sales Manager for London and South East.<\/p>\n
David has\u00a0over ten years\u2019 experience in the\u00a0HVAC market, selling into consultants, contractors and developers.\u00a0His career in this field began with a sales\u00a0role in Lorient Polyproducts\u00a0and has seen him work with Domus Ventilation sister company Nuaire for four years.<\/p>\n
David\u2019s enthusiasm for all things ventilation is clear: \u201cVentilation is now a critical part of any building, particularly in these unprecedented times. Indoor air quality is paramount for our health and ability to work within enclosed spaces and the challenge of delivering the best solution is an exciting thing to be a part of.\u00a0\u00a0Domus is perfectly placed to deliver innovative solutions to the current indoor air quality\u00a0crisis being faced in the UK today.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhilst I am busy putting our solutions in front of key specifiers,\u00a0I also have input into new product developments.\u00a0\u00a0We are\u00a0currently\u00a0working on\u00a0new\u00a0solutions\u00a0to\u00a0significantly improve the quality and efficiency of installed mechanical systems, and I am very excited to be bringing these to the HVAC market\u00a0in the near future.\u201d<\/p>\n
A further newcomer to Domus Ventilation is\u00a0Kevin O’Donnell, as\u00a0Regional Sales Manager\u00a0\u2013\u00a0South.\u00a0 Kevin also brings extensive experience with him, having worked\u00a0in\u00a0sales and sales team management in the wider plumbing & heating industry for market-leading businesses such as Baxi UK, Twyford Bathrooms, Sentinel Performance Solutions and, most recently,\u00a0Rointe Heating in Spain.<\/p>\n
For Kevin, a move to ventilation \u201cis the final missing part of the jigsaw puzzle for me. I have spent nearly a quarter of a\u00a0century in the heating & plumbing side. Moving into\u00a0ventilation was the next logical step in my career progression. Upcoming changes in legislation and the drive for even greater standards of householder comfort makes the wider\u00a0ventilation sector such an exciting one.\u00a0\u00a0The opportunity to work at such a great company as Domus isn\u2019t one that comes around too often.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kevin will be leading\u00a0the Contracts Sales Team in the South, focussing on the private new-build, affordable homes and appropriate social housing sectors.\u00a0 He will be working closely with\u00a0Specification colleagues\u00a0to deliver the very best service and support to potential customers.<\/p>\n
In addition to these two new appointments, Domus Ventilation has also announced the promotion of\u00a0Patrick Armour to Contractor Sales Manager South Central.\u00a0Patrick will be responsible for\u00a0large scale MVHR, MEV &\u00a0ducting projects for mechanical contractors.\u00a0He\u00a0will be working alongside key distributors and national merchants to ensure all projects are managed efficiently.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
