\"\"<\/a>Manrose, a leading British ventilation manufacturer, is delighted to announce it has been named as a winner at the IBA Supplier of The Year 2020 Awards. Voted for by IBA Buying Group members, Manrose won the \u2018Most Improved Supplier\u2019 award, reflecting customers\u2019 positive supply experience through the year and the continuous improvement Manrose strives to implement.<\/p>\n

The virtual awards took place on Friday 15 January and celebrated the achievements of the IBA\u2019s 100+ preferred suppliers. Each year, IBA members vote for their favourite suppliers against four criteria: excellence in product range; value for money; service levels; and IBA Group support. The supplier who gains the largest points increase is named as the \u2018Most Improved Supplier\u2019 for that year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was delighted to have been able to award Manrose with \u2018Most Improved Supplier 2020\u2019. We have a long history with Manrose, with the company having been a supplier to the Group for the past 22 years. The Award is decided by comparing a supplier\u2019s scores from the previous year to the scores this year. The suppliers are then ranked on the basis of that improvement. Manrose score improved by 8%, an excellent improvement,\u201d said Paul Jenner, IBA chief operating officer.<\/p>\n

Wholesalers can show customers the My Manrose app instead of flicking through brochures trying to find the right product.<\/p>\n
