The property is a single storey building made up of four main wings and comprising 27 bedrooms, four main corridors, kitchens and dining facilities and a range of offices and clinical support rooms.<\/p>\n<p>Scolmore\u2019s Deco Plus switches and sockets in a black nickel \ufb01nish feature in the bedrooms with three light switches and double sockets in each room \u2013 as well as in all the corridors and nurses\u2019 stations. Deco Plus is a comprehensive range of more than 800 premium decorative metal wiring accessories. The smooth contemporary curves of the Deco Plus range are available in various \ufb01nishes to complement any room.<\/p>\n<p>For the main kitchen, four satellite kitchens and o\ufb03ces, the Click Mode range has been installed. The smooth modern lines of the Mode range complement the Deco Plus products utilised. All white moulded and Click Mode Part M wiring accessories are manufactured using Urea Formaldehyde, which has similar inherent properties to antimicrobial additives that inhibit the growth of infectious diseases. When independently tested, all products achieved a 99.99% kill o\ufb00 rate across all four types of the strains of bacteria \u2013 MRSA, EColi, Salmonella and Klebsiella Pneumonia.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Bell from SB Electrical, the contractor responsible for the speci\ufb01cation and installation of Scolmore\u2019s products, commented: \u201cI\u2019ve been using the Click Mode range of wiring accessories since the \ufb01rst time the range was launched. The \ufb02exibility to integrate di\ufb00erent inserts onto a plate was quite unique at the time and I now can\u2019t remember a time when I used anything else.
