As\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">editor of Professional Builders Merchant and subsequently Professional Electrician, he reported on industry and company news, product launches and regulatory changes. In 2007 he moved to become group PR manager at NICEIC, rising to external affairs director as the regulatory body grew and eventually merged with ELECSA.
