Leading cable cleat manufacturer Ellis Patents has secured a repeat specification from a major Gulf Coast refinery ten years after its cleats were used on the refinery\u2019s first substation.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ellis\u2019 Vulcan+ cable cleats were order<\/span>ed<\/span>\u00a0by Houston, Texas-based Dashiell Corporation\u00a0<\/span>to secure two 68kV armored cable circuits<\/span>, both of which stretch<\/span>\u00a0for<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>over\u00a0<\/span>two miles and carry power across the refinery to a\u00a0<\/span>new\u00a0<\/span>process unit.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Based in Pacific Palisades in California, NASCO has worked with Ellis since\u00a0<\/span>2016\u00a0<\/span>and has secured a number of\u00a0high profile\u00a0specifications including a major order\u00a0<\/span>for its Centaur cable saddles\u00a0<\/span>from the\u00a0<\/span>U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the Fort Randall dam in\u00a0Pickstown, South Dakota.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
