A Yorkshire-based electrical wholesaler has created the UK’s largest Red Nose in celebration of Comic Relief – the 10m x 10m Red Nose is Britain’s biggest ever at 100m2 and is visible from miles around.
YESSS Electrical has hoisted a gigantic Red Nose on the front of its national distribution centre in Wakefield to raise awareness of the worthwhile charity, and to encourage fundraising among its staff, customers and passers-by.
Andy Singleton, General Manager of YESSS Electrical, said: “We’re proud to be supporting Comic Relief. The charity undertakes so much vital work both in the UK and abroad by raising a smile and these values resonate within YESSS.
“We wanted to support Comic Relief in a big way, so we’ve created the UK’s largest ever Red Nose. We hope it encourages both our staff and the general public to crack a smile and do their bit to help fundraise for Comic Relief.”
