The redesigned fixing bracket now supports a fully sealed installation, reducing the risk of water ingress whilst the pre-fitted CT connectors that are integrated into the base, cut down the loose components installers need to manage on site. Colour-coded push-lever terminals make wiring faster and tool-free, with laser strip-length markings helping deliver a consistent, tidy finish every time, whilst upgraded pin power connectors complete an installation experience that’s been cleverly thought through.
Commissioning gets a boost too with a new front-mounted anti-tamper and smart function button giving one-touch access to RCD testing and Wi-Fi reset.

It’s fully compliant with The Electric Vehicles (Smart Charge Points) Regulations 2021, including Schedule 1, and runs on OCPP 1.6J with free lifetime over-the-air updates. detection, meeting BS EN 62955 and BS EN 61008. Open PEN Detection is built in to IET01:2024, meaning no earth rod required. IP65 and IK10 ratings, a 3-year on-site warranty and UK-based technical support round out a specification designed to give you and your customers confidence long after purchase.
Smart functionality that sells itself to homeowners
Available in socketed and tethered formats across Wi-Fi and 4G variants, the charger connects to the Sync Energy App, giving end users Smart Charging, Tariff Sense and Auto Solar Charging as standard. It’s also compatible with Intelligent Octopus Go, an increasingly important conversation as homeowners become more aware of off-peak tariffs and long-term running costs.
