As well as the installation of the Inceptor LED downlights, wiring accessories from Scolmore Group’s Mode range have been fitted throughout the accommodation, chosen for their smooth, modern lines, high quality and competitive pricing.
Commenting on the products specified for installation, Ford Cornes, from electrical contractor, Sema Services, said: “We were looking for white accessories and the Mode switches and sockets stood out for their simple yet stylish contemporary look; they are not too boxy like others on the market.
“The Inceptor downlights really met all the criteria we had set out. Their energy efficiency and the ability to use them in shallow ceiling voids is a great benefit to installers as is the flow connector system, which means there is no fiddling about.
“They offer a very high light output and are certainly one of the best in terms of brightness compared to some on the market. The fact that they are sealed, fire-rated and acoustic-rated were also key factors, and price had an impact. They are not the cheapest but when you compare all the features and benefits they represent extremely good value.”
