Theben AG, which specialises in KNX building systems technology, motion detectors and presence detectors for offices, public buildings and private homes, has announced a major new appointment.
Paul Sebastian Schwenk will take office as a member of the Executive Board of marketing, business development, digitalisation, IT and HR, as well as the innovative smart energy business field.
This move sees another member of the company’s founding and owning family taking on key management duties within the business.
This means that there will be another member of the two owning families – Herl and Schwenk – helping to define the strategic and operational activities of the Group.
Paul is the great-grandson of company founder and has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2005 and has been head of marketing and business development since March 2016.
