NVC Lighting, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of high quality and cost-effective commercial LED lighting solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Townshend as Head of Major Projects.
James has been given a remit to expand the NVC Lighting name, working with customers old and new across a wide range of sectors and to utilise the brand’s extensive portfolio of products.
The appointment represents a return to the lighting market for James after 18 months working in web casting. His previous industry experience includes working in senior sales and key account manager roles for another well-known lighting manufacturer.
He said: “I’m delighted to have joined NVC Lighting – there is such a golden opportunity to grow the brand when you consider the quality of the products and the strength of service offered by our team.
“As Head of Major Projects, I’m looking forward to bringing my experience and insight to the table, connecting with our customer base, and looking for new opportunities. It’s been great to meet the team and settle in with their support, as well as planning for the future with the senior team – exciting times lie ahead for us. Along with identifying major projects, my role will involve exploring how we can better support contractors.”
