New Fast-Coupling Wire Basket lives up to its name
Two steps and four seconds are all it takes to install cable management specialist Marshall-Tufflex’s new Fast- Coupling Wire Basket system.
Suitable for industrial, commercial, renewable energy and transportation installations, the system is quick and easy to assemble (no tools required) thanks to an integral push-fit coupler which connects the baskets, giving strength and rigidity.
The strong, lightweight baskets offer structural stability thanks to a rippled wire construction and are corrosion resistant. Available heights are 65mm and 105mm.
The Fast-Coupling Wire Basket system is supported by a Standard Wire Basket range offering high cable capacity and resistance to cable movement, greater working loads and easy assembly.
Standard Wire Baskets also use the unique rippled wire construction and come in 35mm, 65mm and 105mm heights. Assembly utilises a fast-fix clip-on coupler (no bolts required).
Both systems offer maximum cable ventilation and are finished in electo-zinc (EZ) as standard. Hot-dip galvanised steel (HDG) and stainless steel 316 grade (SST) are also available in the Standard Wire Basket range (subject to MOQs and lead times).
The patented design of both systems have safety edges to prevent cable damage and personal injury, are flex resistant under load and share universal accessories, including a push-fit cover to protect cables and minimise dirt and dust ingress.
