certpadsNow available from Martindale Electric is a new range of certification pads, designed to meet the latest Amendment 3 changes to the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations, which become compulsory in June.

The new range of eight certification pads offers a comprehensive and simple approach to understanding which certificates need to be used together. In line with the recent changes, model forms for electrical installation certification now mean that the number of tick boxes for the schedule of items inspected will go up from 44 to 120.

Other changes to the minor electrical installation works certificate and electric installation condition report, include a requirement to now carry out an inspection within an accessible roof space, where electrical equipment is present.

The new certification pads form part of a complete range, for electrical, installation testing and safe isolation available from Martindale Electric.
