Manrose, a leading British ventilation manufacturer, is delighted to announce it has been named as a winner at the IBA Supplier of The Year 2020 Awards. Voted for by IBA Buying Group members, Manrose won the ‘Most Improved Supplier’ award, reflecting customers’ positive supply experience through the year and the continuous improvement Manrose strives to implement.
The virtual awards took place on Friday 15 January and celebrated the achievements of the IBA’s 100+ preferred suppliers. Each year, IBA members vote for their favourite suppliers against four criteria: excellence in product range; value for money; service levels; and IBA Group support. The supplier who gains the largest points increase is named as the ‘Most Improved Supplier’ for that year.
“I was delighted to have been able to award Manrose with ‘Most Improved Supplier 2020’. We have a long history with Manrose, with the company having been a supplier to the Group for the past 22 years. The Award is decided by comparing a supplier’s scores from the previous year to the scores this year. The suppliers are then ranked on the basis of that improvement. Manrose score improved by 8%, an excellent improvement,” said Paul Jenner, IBA chief operating officer.
