Carl Kammerling International has enhanced its C.K tools dextro screwdriver range, with new C.K dextro VDE GLO Insulated Screwdrivers – the UK’s first glow in the dark, professional screwdriver set.
Following last year’s extensive design optimisation programme, which reinforced the durability of the dextro range, Carl Kammerling has added a unique phosphorescent handle that gives off a highly visible glow.
The C.K dextro VDE GLO range comes in a six piece set of slotted and pozidrive screwdrivers.
By exposing the screwdriver to natural light, the phosphorescent material handle will charge enough to provide 20 minutes’ glow. Exposure to
stronger, artificial lights will provide up to 30 minutes’ glow.
The dextro VDE GLO screwdrivers have an ergonomically shaped dual component handle, injection moulded directly to the blade giving the ultimate bond for increased reliability and durability, and ridges along the head to give extra power in the last quarter turn.
The entire dextro range has the tip type marked on the end of each handle, and anti-roll flats.
A premium quality, chrome vanadium steel blade provides exceptional strength, whilst a precision machined tip ensures an exact screw fit
and damage free screwdriving.
With voltages as low as 50 volts potentially proving extremely dangerous, if not lethal, the VDE approval of the dextro VDE range offers electricians maximum safety.
