If you’re looking for bucket list inspiration, why not add, “conquering Snowdon while taking in unforgettable views of the night sky” to your list?
The EIC is looking for volunteers to join the team as it climb Snowdon by Night on 8 – 9 May 2026. It will be a tough climb in the dark (that’s the fun of the challenge!) but it will be so worth it.
Led by experienced Mountain Leaders, this climb will test your limits. If you’ve climbed Snowdon before and you’d like to take that climb to the next level, this challenge is perfect for you.
Snowdonia is one of only 24 international dark sky reserves in the world, giving you the opportunity to experience the night sky like never before. Take in the majesty of Snowdon by moonlight as you trek up the highest mountain in Wales (1,085m) and take a moment to turn off your torch to try and spot the milky way – all while raising money to make a difference.
The money raised from this challenge will go directly back into the industry, allowing those who need it to access mental health support, financial aid, bereavement services, legal support and so much more.
