B.E.G. appoints Business Development Manager

Lighting controls specialist B.E.G. has appointed Jan Glynn as its new Business Development Manager.

With 25 years’ experience in the lighting industry, Glynn has represented brands such as Concord and Thorn Lighting and joins B.E.G. from WE-EF Lighting Limited.

He will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the north east of England and work with consultants, architects and engineers on the best ways that organisations can reduce their energy costs. Glynn will also support B.E.G’s wholesalers and distributors in the region.

Speaking on his appointment, Glynn said: “I’m delighted to be joining a company that has such a rich history as B.E.G. ahead of its 40^th year anniversary next year.

“B.E.G. continues to produce a range of award-winning products from occupancy sensors, and KNX to LED floodlights and B.E.G. Smarthome and I look forward to working with a great team.”
